Journey is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in Jesup, GA. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with a focus on compassionate, high‑quality service.

As a key member of the team, you will direct daily activities of licensed staff, ensure policies are followed, and participate in admissions and transfers, while maintaining patient safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted RN license in Georgia.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Directs the daily activities of the licensed practical/vocational nurse and certified nursing assistants.
• Follows nursing model to promote holistic care for residents.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed by nursing staff.
• Participates in admissions, discharges and transfers.
