Journey Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Georgia. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, directing daily activities of nursing staff and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current RN license in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Directs daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs.
• Promotes holistic care per nursing model and facility policies.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures by nursing staff.
• Assists in admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents as required.
• Assesses changes in residents’ status and notifies physician/family.
• Transcribes physician orders and carries them out as written.
