Award Care in Florida is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join our family and provide high-quality resident care in a team-focused environment. New grads are welcome, with full-time and part-time shift options available (7a-7p and 7p-7a).

This role emphasizes supervision, collaboration with facility staff, and compassionate patient support. We value dedicated RNs who are licensed in Florida and committed to excellent care in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings.

Qualificações

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate, dedicated to high-quality resident care.
• Willing to supervise staff and ensure standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
