Job summary

Care The Wright Way is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Savannah. You will primarily create and manage individualized care plans for patients with attention to detail and a compassionate approach.

You will observe and communicate effectively in the patient’s best interest, applying current nursing practices and problem-solving skills. The role requires delivering high-quality care and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment.
• Previous RN experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and discuss observations with supervisor.
