Job summary

Corewell Health's Royal Oak Hospital Float Pool seeks experienced RNs for a part-time night position at Royal Oak Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. Float pool RNs deliver skilled care across Medical/Surgical and Progressive Care units with limited ICU assignments based on competency and staffing needs.

The RN uses the nursing process, partners with the Nurse Leader, and documents patient education and discharge planning. Requires ADN/ Diploma, MI RN license, BLS, and 2+ years acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing from ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing within 5 years for GN or RN with less than 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the ANA framework and nursing process.
• Collaborate with Nurse Leader to plan, implement, evaluate and discharge; educate patients and families.
