Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to float across PSRB Residential and Outpatient settings in the Portland, OR area. The role supports trauma-informed care, coordinates medical interventions, and ensures safety for residents with complex needs.

The position is 0.8 FTE (4 days per week) with no weekends/night shifts, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a leading behavioral health organization.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license and BLS/First Aid certification.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between Cascadia programs and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and medical interventions with timely documentation.
• Develop and update Nursing Care Plans based on needs.
• Administer medications safely and perform assessments.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on holistic plans.
• Coordinate transitions of care and hospital discharges.
