Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient assessments and care in the medical record.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Teach patients and families about illnesses, tests and wellness.
• Coordinate and supervise care across shifts and units.
