Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our PSRB Residential & Outpatient Programs in Portland, OR. The float RN role supports multiple facilities with a consistent Monday–Thursday daytime schedule, focusing on trauma-informed care and coordinated treatment across settings.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to adjust nursing care plans, monitor medications, and ensure safe transitions of care while promoting wellness and recovery for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license and BLS/First Aid certification.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience in inpatient/outpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to travel between Cascadia programs and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment plans and implement medical interventions.
• Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and support transitions of care.
