Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ year experience in long-term care or related healthcare settings.
• Ability to travel to Benedictine communities.
• Strong clinical skills with teaching and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments on patients/residents and reassess as per policy.
• Develop and implement plans of care tailored to needs, and evaluate progress.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and adjust care as needed.
• Provide orientation, training, mentorship, and competency validation for staff.
• Promote Benedictine Mission and Core Values in day-to-day activities.
• Travel to Benedictine communities and perform additional duties as assigned.
