Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Winona is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to provide patient care across Benedictine facilities in the upper Midwest. The role requires travel within a designated region and the ability to adapt to different shifts per community needs.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care, administer medications, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
