Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking experienced RNs to join the RN Premium Float Team. The float team offers you the opportunity to use your diverse clinical skills and competencies in a variety of acute care settings.

This float team position will offer exposure to a variety of medical/ surgical and critical care units across the hospital and provide you with an opportunity to further develop your skill base. Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care, administering medications, teaching

Qualifications

• RN licensure in New Hampshire (NH Board of Nursing).
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing actions using organized clinical judgment to plan and implement care.
• Gather data through history taking and physical assessment to meet patient care needs.
• Develop and revise patient care plans and nursing actions.
• Document care provided and patient progress toward outcomes.
• Direct and supervise others in delegated nursing activities.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and post-discharge management.
• Manage time and resources to deliver care and administer medications.
• Provide direct patient care and lead the healthcare team.
