Medical City Denton is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool PCU on the day shift (7AM-7PM) to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with the Nurse Coordinator, physicians, and allied health staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care for diverse critical care patients and to support smooth transitions.

Texas state RN license (or compact) and ACLS/BLS readiness are required, with a minimum of two years PCU experience expected; benefits

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas or a compact state.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• ACLS certification preferred or required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective care for intensive care patients in the PCU.
• Collaborate with Nurse Coordinator, physicians, technicians, and allied health professionals.
• Support patient experience and care transitions during day shift.
