Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse for the St. Francis Medical Center Float Pool to support staffing across departments and markets. The position requires flexibility to float to multiple sites within the market, with night shifts and a 36-hour schedule.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, coordinating nursing actions, and documenting outcomes under a clinical manager's direction. Current RN licensure, BLS, and appropriate ACLS/PALS per specialty are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license for designated state
• 1 year of acute care RN experience required
• BLS; ACLS/PALS as required by specialty assignment

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple departments and sites as needed
• Schedule day-of staffing and coordinate patient care
• Plan, implement and evaluate care based on evidence and standards
• Document care and maintain patient safety throughout shift
• Collaborate with clinical managers and health care team
