Job summary

The RN Clinical Float Pool at St. Francis Medical Center provides flexible staffing across departments and markets within Bon Secours Mercy Health.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, floating to multiple sites and shifts under a clinical manager's direction. Requirements include an Associate's in Nursing, Virginia RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS per specialty, and 1 year of acute care RN experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• BSN preferred; current RN license in Virginia.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS as per specialty.
• 1 year of acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple departments/sites within markets as needed.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate nursing care and ensure documentation.
• Support continuous quality improvement and safety.
