Job summary

Mass General Brigham, Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, seeks a Registered Nurse to plan, provide and coordinate patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care. This role requires a BSN and MA RN licensure, with a minimum of 2 years in antepartum/mother-baby care; cross training is possible. Night shift and onsite at 45 Francis Street.

The RN will document care, ensure safety, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Massachusetts RN license (MA State License) required.
• Minimum 2 years in antepartum and/or mother/baby care; cross-training possible.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate a plan of care for assigned patients.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with the care team.
• Document patient care following nursing standards.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in quality initiatives.
• Provide education to patient and family and participate in unit goals.
