Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Active RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: BLS certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using Mercy Nursing Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while protecting patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain professional accountability and adhere to Mercy standards and codes.
