Job summary

Scripps Health invites qualified Registered Nurses to join the MedSurg Tele Float Pool at our La Jolla Hospitals (Memorial and Green). This full-time night shift position runs 12-hour shifts (1900-0730) with a 72-hour pay period and requires four weekend shifts every 4 weeks.

You’ll provide direct patient care, collaborate with the care team, and contribute to our patient-centered mission. New hires may receive relocation incentives up to $7K.

Qualifications

• Nursing licensure required
• RN with acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning and implementation of the care plan and evaluating progress.
• Collaborate with Care Team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across MedSurg Tele units.
• Support flexible self-scheduling in a Float Pool environment and adapt to unit float requirements.
