Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care Med Surg/Tele RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent care to patients according to individual needs.
• Coordinate patient care and delegate tasks within scope and competencies.
• Operate as part of the float pool across units as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality and safety.

The Registered Nurse Float Pool functions as a member of patient care team in providing competent care to patients according to their individual needs. Coordinates patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies.
