Job summary

Riverside Community Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse Float Pool to join the patient care team, delivering competent care tailored to each patient’s needs. You will coordinate care and delegate tasks to team members while operating within your scope of practice.

This role requires nursing excellence and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary staff on the unit, participate in clinical education, and leverage our mentorship and certification

Qualifications

• Current BCLS certification required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• National RN Certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year acute care hospital Med Surg/Tele RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent care to patients according to their individual needs.
• Coordinate patient care and delegate responsibilities to team members within scope of practice and competencies.

Skills

BCLS certification

ACLS certification within 6 months

RN experience in Med Surg/Telemetry

National RN Certification

Education

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

Valid California RN license
