Job summary

Sibley Memorial Hospital, part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg Float Pool. The role supports patient care across shifts in a 318-bed private tower and contributes to quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, guiding the team, and applying evidence-based practice. A BSN is preferred, ADN accepted with progression to a BSN, and CPR is required at hire.

Qualifications

• RN - Registered Nurse (Required)
• CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
• Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates care for assigned patients on a shift.
• Provides direction to other team members to promote quality and safety.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and cost-effective resource use.
