Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking experienced RNs to join the Nursing Float Pool, offering a PRN schedule with 7:00am–7:00pm shifts. The role spans Medical, Surgical, Intermediate Care, and Emergency Services across multiple units for skill expansion and high-quality care within your competency level.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL, have active RN licensure (MD or compact state) and BLS. Prior nursing experience is preferred; relocation and tuition assistance are among the listed benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care across routine to complex needs; assess evolving patient conditions and health concerns; develop and implement care plans; coordinate interventions with the nursing team.
