Job summary

St. Elizabeth HealthCare is seeking an RN to join our Florence Resource Center. The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care, utilizing the nursing process, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, clinical decision making, and participation in unit initiatives. 36 hours per week, non‑exempt, with opportunities for professional development and internal mobility.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school; Compact (multi-state) license in primary state of residence.
• Able to perform nursing skills independently and think critically in routine and emergency situations.
• Knowledge of nursing theory, clinical standards, and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient‑centered care using the nursing process and plan of care.
• Document care in the chart and clinical systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality and safe patient outcomes.
• Mentor and supervise staff when applicable and participate in PI activities.
