Job summary

Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Resource Unit. The RN will support a Level I trauma center and an internal float pool across observation, med/tele, CCU stepdown and behavioral health units, working 36 hours per week with every third weekend and alternating holidays.

You will apply the nursing process, use evidence-based practice, and collaborate to create a safe environment and best patient experience across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care and lead with evidence-based practice across units.
