Job summary

Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Resource Unit (CRU) Float Pool in Chicago, IL. This role involves providing and coordinating patient care across multiple inpatient departments with autonomy, variety, and ongoing learning.

CRU nurses work across cardiac, step-down, medical, surgical, and rehab populations, strengthening clinical judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
