Job summary

Nemours Children’s Health in Orlando, Florida, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Staffing Resource Float Pool to join Nemours Children’s Hospital. This is a full-time role with 36 hours per week on day and night shifts.

Eligible for PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and a 403(b) plan with company match. Applicants must hold an ASN, Florida or multi-state RN license, and have at least 1 year of critical care RN experience; pediatric CC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN required.
• Active Florida or multi-state RN license.
• National certification in area of clinical specialty (preferred).
• Minimum of 1-year Critical Care RN experience required; pediatric critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care with specialized nursing knowledge and critical thinking.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
