Elliot Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Team in Manchester, NH. This full-time role supports inpatient departments with day/night rotations and offers a $15,000 bonus eligibility and a 10% orientation differential, rising to 40% after orientation.

As part of a 296-bed acute care facility, you will care for adults and pediatrics, maintain nursing standards, and collaborate across shifts to ensure seamless patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate RN licensure required.
• BLS qualification during orientation; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients and families using the nursing process.
• Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
• Practices in alignment with the Interprofessional Practice model and Nursing Code of Ethics.
• Demonstrates accountability for professional growth and unit operations.
