Job summary

Elliot Hospital's RN Float Team is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to deliver care across inpatient units for adults and children. You will apply nursing processes, collaborate with the team, and ensure patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting.

The role includes orientation with a 10% premium differential, increasing to 40% after completion, and a $15,000 bonus eligible. NH RN licensure, BLS, and strong critical thinking are required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate RN licensure required.
• Ability to obtain BLS during orientation; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to adult and pediatric patients across inpatient units.

As a nurse at Elliot Hospital, you have many options to practice throughout our 296-bed acute care facility. The RN Float Team provides care across all inpatient nursing departments for adult and pediatric patients. Our state-of-the-art units provide a wide array of equipment, and patient acuity depending on a nurse’s professional interests, certifications, and experience level.

About The Job

The RN Float Team Registered Nurse delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patient and families. Practices in a manner consistent with the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model; the ANA’s Social Policy Statement, Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Nursing Code of Ethics; and relevant specialty standards of practice.

Who You Are

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. ACLS preferred.
