Job summary

Penn State Health - Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse for an evening shift. This 0.90 FTE position covers a variety of adult acute care units, with orientation support and telemetry responsibilities across units that are telemetry capable.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates. Minimum qualifications include an active RN license, an Associate's degree in Nursing, and AHA BLS prior to orientation completion.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment or multi-state license.
• Associate's degree in Nursing.
• AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Staff multiple clinical units in the float pool as needed.
• Respond to unpredictable absences, vacancies, and fluctuating acuity.
• Provide telemetry monitoring skills across telemetry-capable units.
