Job summary

Medical City Fort Worth, part of the Medical City network, is hiring a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. You will apply the Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage model to support patient outcomes in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements include RN licensure, ACLS and BLS within 30 days, and a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required or obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure required to practice as a registered nurse.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Promote evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
