Job summary

Medical City Alliance is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool in Fort Worth, TX. You will provide safe, competent care across units, coordinating with Nurse Coordinators, physicians, and other health professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements include Texas RN license or compact license, ADN/ Diploma (BSN preferred), BLS and ACLS within 30 days, and 2+ years in specialty units. The role offers comprehensive benefits and career growth within the Medical City network.

Qualifications

• Texas State RN license or compact license is required.
• Diploma or ADN is required; BSN is preferred.
• Advanced Nursing Certification encouraged.
• Current BLS and ACLS required by AHA or ARC within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• Minimum 2 years in specialty units; additional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective care of a diverse range of intensive care patients, collaborating with Nurse Coordinator, Physicians, and technicians, and allied health practitioners.

Education
