Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a registered nurse to provide bedside care across multiple units with flexible scheduling and opportunities for full-time or part-time roles. You will rotate through Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED, and more, delivering high-quality patient care while adapting to unit needs.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of bedside RN experience, a state RN license, and BLS certification; BSN preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology.
