Job summary

1103 Team Member Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time, on-site role in Palm Coast, Florida. You will conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications, supervise nursing staff, and educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.

The role requires strong clinical skills and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Supervise nursing personnel to ensure safe, quality care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
