Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or have two years of relevant nursing experience.
• The main area of study in your education should be nursing.
• Two years of experience in nursing is required.
• You need to be a registered nurse.
• Have basic life support (BLS) certification or get it within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Focus on patient and family needs.
• Develop and adjust nursing care plans for desired outcomes.
• Create a safe place for patients, families, and staff; help with emotional and physical pain to aid healing.
• Incorporate the unique perspectives and requirements of patients into care plans.
• Educate patients, families, staff, and community continuously.
• Evaluate and record learning progress.
• Collaborate with team to implement care plan and delegate tasks as needed.
• Seek professional development opportunities and contribute to community service.
