Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensed as an RN in Florida is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required.
• One (1) year of RN experience required.
• Two (2)+ years of RN experience preferred.
• Other specialized life support requirements designated by work area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Apply nursing process autonomously to meet patient needs.
• Lead, mentor, and role model for other healthcare team members.
• Coordinate and delegate care in a safe, secure, and clean environment.
