Job summary

Required: Associate Degree in Nursing, Florida RN license, and 3+ years acute care experience; BLS/CPR certification; Bachelor's degree preferred. On-site position with the area's top trauma and specialty programs.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years acute care nursing experience.
• Current Florida RN license.
• BLS or CPR certification from an accredited instructor per AHA or work-area requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide care through collaboration with health care team members and autonomous application of the nursing process.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and role modeling for other health care team members.
• Coordinate and delegation of care in a safe, secure and clean environment.
• Care provided displays respect for patient rights, dignity and confidentiality.
• Be adaptable, using evidence-based practice and information technologies while relieving pain and anxiety.
