As a member of CRU, nurses gain exposure to cardiac, step-down, medical, surgical, and acute rehabilitation patient populations, strengthening their clinical judgment, adaptability, and confidence. This model supports nurses in expanding their competencies while maintaining high standards of patient care in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

CRU is part of Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center, thrombectomy-capable stroke center, and Magnet®-designated hospital, providing nurses the opportunity to care for complex, high-acuity patients within a culture of excellence.

We’re Looking For
