Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts at the Canistota location, with duties spanning assessment, planning and evaluation of resident care. The role requires collaboration with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.

You should have an RN license, be at least 18, and be willing to travel within a 75-mile radius to support multiple locations. The position offers premiums and weekend/evening shift differentials.

Formación

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs or multi-state licensure if in an NLC state.
• EEO/AA Employer; drug screen and pre-employment background screening required.
• Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education; collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and address care and service concerns.
