Good Samaritan is seeking an RN for a PRN nursing role at the Canistota facility in Canistota, SD. The RN will provide individualized resident care using the nursing process and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

This position includes travel to support multiple locations within a 75-mile radius of the permanent address; a drug screen and background check are required upon offer. Requirements include graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) and

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the applicable state; multi-state licensure may apply.
• Drug screen and pre-employment background screening required.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and resident education across all phases of care; may serve as charge nurse.
