Job summary

Good Samaritan in Canistota, SD seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all phases of care. You will collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate interventions.

The role may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate license if NLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
