Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Coordinates care with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a Christian environment.

May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safe, compliant care and adherence to nursing practice standards and ethics. Requires RN licensure and preferred BSN.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
