Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky seeks an experienced RN Float for a Freestanding Emergency Department, PRN, mid shift. The Registered Nurse provides direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge, documents care and evaluates outcomes, following the professional standards of care.

The role requires ADN, KY RN license, ACLS/BLS/ENPC/NIHSS/PALS/TNCC within designated timeframes, and annual nonviolent crisis prevention training.

Qualifications

ADN degree from an accredited institution.
Current unrestricted RN license in Kentucky.
ACLS within 6 months of hire.
BLS within 90 days of hire.
ENPC within three years of hire.
NIHSS within 6 months of hire.
PALS within 6 months of hire.
TNCC within two years of hire.
Mandatory nonviolent crisis prevention training annually.

Responsibilities

Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
Review and document care provided and outcomes, following professional standards.
