Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's OptumCare is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide personalized patient care and support the provider's practice across the continuum of care.

Primary responsibilities include assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and teaching plans; Washington RN license and BLS required; 2+ years preferred.

The pay range is $29.00–$52.00 per hour for full-time work, with a comprehensive benefits package, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for Healthcare Providers or CPR/AED.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and evaluates patient care needs; suggests solutions to patient care problems and complaints.
• Identifies and recommends solutions to departmental problems.
• Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity; recommends changes.
• Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and executes teaching plans.
