The RN’s primary role is to provide personalized patient care; support the provider’s practice by performing clinical duties and assisting in the coordination of patient care. The RN’s communication, conduct and performance should support the clinics efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assesses and evaluates patient care needs. Suggests solutions to patient care problems & complaints
  • Identifies & recommends solutions to departmental problems
  • Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity & recommends changes as necessary
  • Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and carries out teaching plan

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
Preferred Qualification:
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse

The hourly range for this role is $28.61 to $56.06 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealthGroup complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
