Optum is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes. In this role, you will coordinate care with healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of patient care.

The successful candidate must hold a current RN license and have good communication and organizational skills. Benefits include a comprehensive package and pay ranging from $39.45 to $59.15 per hour based on full-time employment from our location in Longmont, Colorado.

Qualificações

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver's license and access to transportation.
• 1+ years of RN experience preferred.

Responsabilidades
