Qualifications

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and evaluates patient care needs and suggests solutions to patient care problems.
• Identifies and recommends solutions to departmental problems.
• Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity and recommends changes as necessary.
• Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and carries out teaching plan.
