Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Virginia or a compact state upon hire; CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1 year related RN experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and compliance with RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs and apply practice standards.
• Partner with patients and families to develop and evaluate plans of care.
• Facilitate patient throughput and ensure ethical, quality care.
• Individualize patient education and discharge planning for families/caregivers.
• Complete clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards and regulations.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to support care and service excellence.
