Job summary

The long term care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN uses the nursing process to deliver individualized resident care. You will collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all stages of health needs.

Requires MN RN licensure and a nursing degree; flexible shifts (days, evenings, nights) with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multi-state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all phases of health care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team.
• Serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed/unlicensed staff as needed.
• Align practice with Nurse Practice Act and applicable standards.
