Job summary

Williamsburg Post Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking Registered Nurses to provide resident-focused care across day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Earn $37–$42.31 per hour with shift differentials, plus up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Eligible for student loan repayment and stipends under CMS Nursing Homes program. We offer comprehensive benefits, same-day pay, and flexible scheduling in a compassionate, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended time periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice and policies.
• Plan nursing interventions for residents based on individual needs and monitor implementation.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care interventions and develop alternatives.
• Administer medications and treatments timely per policy.
• Transcribe physician orders and document progress notes accurately.
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
• Coordinate rehabilitation program with therapists to meet needs.
