Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of long-term care experience to join our compassionate team in Virginia. Earn $40.00–$44.00 per hour with weekday evening/night and weekend shift differentials, plus optional no-frills plan increases your hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Virginia.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and physician plan of treatment and written care plan.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation according to orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
