Job summary

Waynesboro Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Waynesboro, VA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time night shifts (7P-7A) with every-other-weekend coverage. Qualifications

Active RN license required.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
Excellent clinical, assessment and documentation skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lift 25 pounds or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents per standards of practice and physician orders.
Plan and monitor nursing interventions based on individual needs.
Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per policy.
Document patient progress accurately and report changes to the team.
Coordinate rehabilitation activities with therapists.
